Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2 PM EST are processed the same day whenever possible.

Delivery Time:
Shipping times vary by location. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

Adult Signature Required:
UPS shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery.

Shipping Restrictions:
We currently do not ship to: Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island.

Carrier Responsibility:
Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays or damages. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
