What is the U.S. Hemp Farm Bill?
The 2018 U.S. Hemp Farm Bill legalized the cultivation and sale of industrial hemp products containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. All Leafy Beverages are made using hemp-derived ingredients that comply with this federal standard, making them legal in most states where hemp products are permitted.
How does Leafy Beverages ensure product quality?
Every drink is crafted in-house at our Miami facility, allowing us to oversee every step — from ingredient sourcing to final packaging. Shipping Policy
Fast Processing: Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2 PM MST will ship the same day whenever possible.
Delivery Times: Transit times vary depending on your location. A tracking number will be emailed once your package ships.
Overnight Shipping: Overnight orders typically arrive the next business day, but delays may occur.
Adult Signature Required: UPS shipments require an adult signature (21+).
Carrier Responsibility: Once an order leaves our facility, we have limited control over shipping delays or issues. Most concerns should be handled directly with UPS or USPS.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to the following states:
Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island.
