All products displayed for sale are sourced from industrial hemp plants containing less than 0.3% THC and are federally legal under the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill. Leafy Beverages and/or its affiliates are not responsible for any legal actions resulting from local or state regulations. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to determine whether any transaction with Leafy Beverages or its affiliates complies with applicable laws.

Shipping Policy

Fast Processing: Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2 PM MST will ship the same day whenever possible.

Delivery Times: Transit times vary depending on your location. A tracking number will be emailed once your package ships.

Overnight Shipping: Overnight orders typically arrive the next business day, but delays may occur.

Adult Signature Required: UPS shipments require an adult signature (21+).

Carrier Responsibility: Once an order leaves our facility, we have limited control over shipping delays or issues. Most concerns should be handled directly with UPS or USPS.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following states:
Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island.
